Lansing area's premier LGBTQ+ networking organization
The mission of SUITS AND THE CITY is to promote the interests of LGBTQ+ persons in the Mid-Michigan area through education and advocacy, and increase the visibility and integration of LGBTQ+ persons into the broader community through public networking events.
Our events are held at local establishments that provide a limited supply of complimentary appetizers. We encourage attendees to purchase beverages, and stay for dinner if applicable.
Our Organization
Our networking events are rich due to the eclectic makeup of those who attend. Suits and the City brings together individuals who recognize our diversity and support our community. Attendees become acquainted with a different welcoming venue each month and meet Hosts and Sponsors who value our patronage. Our events are a great way to meet new people and you don’t have to wear a suit!
